Experiencing someplace new is about broadening your horizons - while also connecting with it on a personal level.

Sounds like a paradox, right? But in reality, this is the kind of experience that pours into us. Connecting with a new place reveals more about who we are (or who we want to be!) - while also exposing us to new cultures, perspectives, stories, and knowledge.

In short, these are the types of experiences that enrich our lives.

And this is exactly what I want you to have in Pittsburgh - whether you’re here for a day trip, weekend getaway, or full-fledged vacay!

Why? Because it’s the experience that I’ve had myself.

When I moved back to Pittsburgh in 2011, I was redefining my world post-divorce. I was also discovering who I was for the first time in my life. As I began working and living downtown, Pittsburgh quickly became an integral catalyst in both of those areas.

Like me, the city is experiencing a Renaissance - complete with a brand new, shiny identity. Gone is the smoky steel city of the 1980s! Pittsburgh is now a beautiful and thriving center of cultural arts, culinary delights, family-friendly activities, outdoor recreation, sports, events, and shopping.

It’s also a place full of irresistible personality, quirkiness, and charm!

Without a doubt, I love Pittsburgh! And as an Adventure Strategist, I love specializing in helping people connect with Pittsburgh so it can enrich their lives, too. In a way that’s easy, fun, and full of practical tips and advice. (Because what beats the knowledge of a local, right?)

So what are you waiting for?
