1. God Says You are Loved

  • Jeremiah 31:3 (NLT): Long ago the Lord said to Israel: “I have loved you, my people, with an everlasting love. With unfailing love I have drawn you to myself.”

  • Psalm 100:5 (NLT): For the Lord is good. His unfailing love continues forever, and his faithfulness continues to each generation.

  • Romans 5:8 (NLT): But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners.



2. God Says You are a Masterpiece

  • Ephesians 2:10 (NLT): For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.

  • Psalm 139:13-14 (NLT): You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother’s womb. Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it.



3. God Says You are His Chosen

  • John 15:15-16 (NLT): Jesus says, “I no longer call you slaves, because a master doesn’t confide in his slaves. Now you are my friends, since I have told you everything the Father told me. You didn’t choose me. I chose you. I appointed you to go and produce lasting fruit, so that the Father will give you whatever you ask for, using my name.”



4. God Says You are Family

  • Ephesians 2:19 (NLT): So now you Gentiles are no longer strangers and foreigners. You are citizens along with all of God’s holy people. You are members of God’s family.

  • 1 John 3:1 (NLT): See how very much our Father loves us, for he calls us his children, and that is what we are!

5. God Says You are a Royal Heir

  • Romans 8:17 (NLT): And since we are his children, we are his heirs. In fact, together with Christ we are heirs of God’s glory. But if we are to share his glory, we must also share his suffering.

  • 1 Peter 2:9 (NLT): …you are a chosen people. You are royal priests, a holy nation, God’s very own possession. As a result, you can show others the goodness of God, for he called you out of the darkness into his wonderful light.

  • Jeremiah 29:11 (NLT): or I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.

  • Proverbs 19:21 (NIV): Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails.



7. God Says You are Strong

  • Psalm 28:7 (NLT): The Lord is my strength and shield. I trust him with all my heart. He helps me, and my heart is filled with joy. I burst out in songs of thanksgiving.

  • 2 Corinthians 12:9 (NLT): Each time he said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me.

  • Isaiah 41:10 (NLT): Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.



8. God Says You are Free

  • Romans 6:6 (NLT): We know that our old sinful selves were crucified with Christ so that sin might lose its power in our lives. We are no longer slaves to sin.

  • John 8:36 (NLT): So if the Son sets you free, you are truly free.

  • Romans 8:1-2 (NLT): So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus. And because you belong to him, the power[a] of the life-giving Spirit has freed you from the power of sin that leads to death.



9. God Says You are Forgiven

  • 1 John 1:9 (NLT): But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness.

  • Psalm 103:12 (NLT): He has removed our sins as far from us as the east is from the west.

  • 1 John 2:12 (NLT): I am writing to you who are God’s children because your sins have been forgiven through Jesus.



10. God Says You are Blessed

  • James 1:17 (NLT): Whatever is good and perfect is a gift coming down to us from God our Father, who created all the lights in the heavens. He never changes or casts a shifting shadow.

  • Numbers 6:24-26 (NLT): May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace.
