Podcast Pro University
Stefanie Gass is an amazing woman for Jesus! Her God-given calling is to help Christian entrepreneurs create passive income businesses - a core element of which is launching, maintaining, and monetizing a podcast.
After getting to know her via her own podcast (see the irony there?), I purchased her course Podcast Pro University. It was one of the best investments I’ve ever made. Seriously. Stefanie's instructions are both amazingly thorough and practical. Plus, she genuinely cares about her students’ success and keeping Jesus in the center of it all.

Horacio Printing
Founded by the inspiring Polly Payne, Horacio Printing helps people fulfill their God-given dreams through a variety of tools and resources. The Christian Dream Planner gives structure, accountability, and encouragement through the journey. (Plus, it’s so pretty!) And the annual Dreamer’s Summit, held each December, equips you with inspiration, wisdom, and direction as you enter a new year.

ConvertKit
Email lists are how we consistently stay in front of the people God has called us to serve - such as our podcast subscribers.
I come from extensive web design background, so I had a solid understanding of what I needed from an email platform. After trying out several options, I can say with confidence that ConvertKit is one of the best out there.
Their dashboard, and how they set everything up, makes everything so dang simple. This includes automations - which is an integral part of your email marketing. Other platforms either aren’t built for it or make it super complicated and time consuming. But with ConvertKit, it’s just a few clicks!
Tailwind
Tailwind is my smart marketing assistant. I use it to publish my Pinterest pins - which drive traffic to my website and podcast episodes. Tailwind picks post times when my audience is already the most engaged, and I love how I can post to multiple Pinterest boards at once!

The Contract Shop
The Contract Shop is the brainchild of Christina Scalera. A former in-house attorney, Christina helps creative businesses meet their legal needs by offering a variety of contract templates. There are templates for general needs such as website terms and conditions, events, and online courses. As well as templates for specific jobs such as a freelancer, graphic designer, copyrighter, and more.
I’ve bought several of Christina’s contracts and can attest to their thoroughness and easy-of-use. For example, customization instructions are included with each template. (So you’re not left to your own devices to get it right!) You also receive notifications when a template you have purchased has been updated, ensuring you always have the latest version.
TIP: Christina usually has amazing Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales!
Better Proposals
If your business requires sending contracts/proposals, give Better Proposals a spin. I’m a big fan of easy-to-use interfaces, and it definitely delivers.
I also love that you can do a lot of customization, ensuring that your documents align with your brand - as well as stand out against the competition.
You can also track when your proposal has been received, viewed, and signed - which helps you understand where your prospective client is in the decision-making process. (Allowing you to follow-up accordingly.)
